Bangladeshi citizen I live in Sri Lanka, what are the requirements to get work permit for work in Dubai?

I'm in Sri Lanka by student visa, I got a job in Dubai for two years contract, can any one tel me what are the necessary document for me to fly direct Dubai from Sri Lanka? Do I need government approval from Bangladesh?
