Comfort for end times hysteria?

So I have always been anxiety prone but this is just too much. I am 24 yrs old and live on my own with a small child and work full-time. This end of the world talk is keeping me from sleep and enjoying life. I cannot stop thinking about it and its driving me insane! Advice?
