Should Indian cricketers be allowed to play in Sri Lankan T20 matches (League Matches)?
The key players needed for serving the country in International cricket are too busy to be spared and risked and such players should be adequately rewarded financially through the retainership contract....... this should be uniformly applicable for all key International players across the globe, whichever country they belong to....... this set of elite players should only be allowed to participate in T-20 Tourneys organized by own country.......... this is essential to protect the prestige and quality of International cricket and initiative in this respect is necessary to be taken by ICC. Yes, this would correspondingly mean that IPL too can't have top international players enjoying retainership contract with their own Board for playing tests and ODI's. It is really high time to put a break on greedy cricket players and Boards in order to protect 'quality of international cricket'.
