Will chatroulette eventually go down the list of IP addresses they collect and charge people?

I went through a faze last year and I was banned from the site. I never knowingly exposed myself to a minor. I was stupid for doing any of that. I want to put all this stuff behind me and move on with my life. Can I do that without worrying about getting arrested in "5" years cause of this?
