You need to file with the court a TRO Temporary Restraining Order and show cause why you want such an order filed on her. She will need to be served with the Temp Order and you both will appear in the court in about two weeks from the filing. At the final order hearing make sure you have all your evidence in hand of why she is a danger to you.
