I couldn't take one of my pills! What do i do?

Okay so, I'm exposed to TB I guess you call it that, and I'm supposed to take two pills for 6 months everyday at 3:00. I know, it sucks, i guess. When I was gonna take it, one of the pills chipped and a teacher told me to just take it altogether, I tried to take it but I couldn't swallow it so I threw it out (I know, it's bad, sorry!) , but I did take the other pill. What do I do? I don't want to tell my parents! I basically took one, and I didn't take the other. Am I in trouble? ):
