Why Is Fox News saying a Shut down will be Good for Republicans? Really?? Was it good in 1994?

They are saying " Oh well a Shutdown will not be that bad of a thing for this country". Really, That must be easier said than done for the families who will be effected by it. How can they say this will be a positive thing for our country? In 1994 it was political suicide. And IN 1994 they had big momentum. After the shutdown it burned Newt and bunch really bad. Why are they trying to sell this to the public? A government shutdown is not a good thing. In 1994 there was mass hysteria. I just don't understand this network.
