Scholarships For international Students?

I have completed my A levels and SATs. I have A's in all four GCE A level subjects and have a SAT 1 score of 1920. Im currents awaiting my SAT subject test results. Are there any good universities that i could get a full scholarship at? I'm Sri lankan and my family cant afford university tuition
